Error Webdav interface broken for 1 user

My installation:

Nextcloud version (eg, 15.0.2):
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 16.04):
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.18):
PHP version (eg, 7.0.32):

I’m facing this weird problem that for my admin account I get the following error in the settings screen:

Your web server is not yet properly set up to allow file synchronization, because the WebDAV interface seems to be broken.

When connecting with the app, I got the message

Server in maintenance mode

Whereas It’s clearly nog. All other users don’t face any sync through webdav/client problems and other admins don’t receive this error message regarding broken WebDav interface.
Moreover, when I disable Nextcloud Talk, this message dissappears from my account.

Hello,
i think i have pretty much the same problem and have no clue what it actually means.
This fatal error comes up every 20-30 seconds.
