Error "Unable to complete request"

Hello, i have Nextcloud (22.2.0) on Hyper-V and Passwords app (2021.10.20). When i create new password on app i get the error: Unable to complete request. I attached the logs.

How can i resolve?

I tried now to repair (./occ maintenance:repair) but doesn’t work :frowning:

i would recommend you check the auto increment value for the table. it should be higher than the largest id in the table.

I deleted the index and it’s works for now. I have PostgreSQL.
