The issue you are facing:
Nextcloud Client (2.6.1stable (build 20191105)) cannot sync one file. In the error message you can see that the path to that file is displayed wrongly at the “ü” (u-Umlaut) which is part of a folder name. Possibly an encoding issue?

occ files:scan --all did not help

On the server I can see not error messages relating to that issue.

The file is available on the server, but was not updated for one month. I don’t exactly know when the issue started (the file was correctly updated before).

I don’t know where else to look for information. So if you need anything else, I’d appreciate your guidance.
