Error synchronization Windows desktop client with a network drive

Hi,

we use the desktop client and would like to synchronize the data as virtual files.
The following problem occurs with the Nextcloud Windows Desktop Client in use with a mapped network drive:

If a network drive “e.g. H:\Nexcloud” is specified as the target path, a few files will be synchronized before the synchronization aborts with the following error message:
“The file could not be updated. Couldn’t convert to placeholder.”
If the synchronization is started again, a few files will be synchronized again before the error mentioned occurs again.

If the files are synchronized to a local drive (e.g. C:\Nextloud"), this works without errors.
Are network drives not supported by the desktop client?

Version Nextcloud Desktop Client: 3.12.0
Windows version: Windows 11 22H2

Nobody any idea?

We have the same problem. We want to use Nextcloud in an iserv school setup where files need to be stored on a network drive. This seems not to be possible in combination with virtual files option activated (error: couldn’t convert to placeholder).
