Error Read only when open a word document from web app

Hello !
On my web app, i’m trying open a word file directly from the navigator,
it’s work fine on windows client i can modifiy online but on mac the file appear on read only mode.

Someone have a solution to resolve this?

Are you using collabora or onlyoffice?

No i open Microsoft Word with a link like links

Ms Word open nice on Windows but on read digg mac os.

Hello, I have the same error, I use an href="ms-word:ofe|u|<path_to_nextcloud_file>", it works perfectly on Windows (I can editing files and save) but on Mac the file runs read-only. Does anyone have an idea?
