Error on new installation thought Plesk

Hi, good night. I have a problem due to a possible bug in Plesk.

I try to install Nextcloud through the Plesk’s extension that provide it. The installation of the extension works good, but when I try to Install a new instance, the system gives me a database connection error. I paste the error:

  • Execution filemng has failed with exit code 1, stdout: Error while trying to create admin user: Failed to connect to the database: An exception occurred in the driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ‘ncuser_7d91f4a2’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES)

I don’t know why. Maybe your can help me.

I use Debian 10.10 and Plesk Obsidian 18.0.38 (Update 2), with MariaDB 10.3 and PHP 7.4.23.

NextCloud version extension: 1.6.1-109
