Error message on login screen

I have this error on my login screen. How do I get rid of it?

We have detected multiple invalid login attempts from your IP. Therefore your next login is throttled up to 30 seconds.

This is the bruteforce app:

You can disable the app.

I don’t have the brute force app. This has been going on for a couple of days now. How do I get rid of it?

I have had the same problem after setting up the nextcloud sync client plus addressbook sync and calender sync in Thunderbird on a windows client for multiple users accounts.
I have then installed the brute forceapp to put my windows client’s IP on the whitelist:

The error message on the login page disappeared instantly after setting up the whitelist.
