In the daily use of the client and web pages, uploading and downloading files is relatively smooth.
When the files in the /mnt/ncdata/ncadmin/files path are quickly downloaded to the backup hard disk via FTP, when I want to view the backup, I use FTP to upload the files in the backup hard disk to the /mnt/ncdata/ncadmin/files path.
After the operation is completed, use the occ command sudo -u www-data php occ files:scan --all to update the database.
The result after execution is that the file name can be browsed on the web interface, but it cannot be loaded. Prompt that there is an error loading the file.
