Error deleting file in a federated server

I have two nextcloud servers I will call them “local” and “remote”.
I have created a directory in the local one and share it federated to the remote.
From the remote I can view the directory and all it’s files, I can edit them and create new ones, but I cant’t delete them, nor the files created from the local server nor the files created from the remote server. the directory is shared with the “delete files” permission set.
In the remote server, outside the federated directory I can create and delete files without error.

any clues?
