Error create, delete or modify a note

Apache or nginx version: Apache
PHP version : 7.3

The issue you are facing:
We have issues with the note app. We cannot create, delete or modify a note

When a user switch to the Note tab following error appear

Error from Nextcloud server: Reading notes from filesystem has failed. (InvalidArgumentException)

When a user create a note following error appear

Creating new note has failed. HTTP 500 (OCP\Files\NotPermittedException)

When a user delete a note following error appear

Error during preparing note for deletion.

When a user edit a note following error appear

Error from Nextcloud server: InvalidArgumentException

Can anyone tell me how to fix the issue?
