Unfortunately you will need to post more info than that.

  • What DBs are you converting from/to what versions are you trying to use?
  • Are the DB’s bare metal, docker, remote, hosted ect?
  • have you tired a occ maintenance:repair command?
  • What version of Nextcloud are you on, how was it installed?
