Maybe a link broken between Nextcloud_database and Netxcloud_app?

Hi @MathieuP, it seems that your server cannot access your database, hence the error you are experiencing. Check if your database is running, PHP modules and your login details in the config.php file.

Hi @Mageunic, OK I will follow your advice.
Currentlly I can tell you that my database is running because I can access to my music on Airsonic, and my music on this database is also reachable on my hi-fi system via DLNA.

Hi @MathieuP, if I understand correctly you use MariaDB so try to go into your container and reconfigure php-mysql : sudo dpgk-reconfigure php-mysql and sudo systemctl restart apache2
( or nginx)

Hi @Mageunic, thank you for your help and time. Yes I use MariaDB version 1:10.5.9+maria~focal.

I didn’t manage to go into my container nextcloud_db_1. I tried this but without success:

root@NAS:~# mysql -h 172.19.0.2 -u root -p
-bash: mysql : commande introuvable

I tried also to go into my container nextcloud_db_1 via the exec console of Portainer, but sudo dpgk-reconfigure php-mysql and sudo systemctl restart apache2 commands are not “recognised”.
How to do this?

I resolved my issue with Nextcloud!

That was the file ‘config.php’ into ‘/srv/my_disk/nextcloud/config/’ that I have badly modified.
Unfortunately, I had followed another help.nextcloud advice https://help.nextcloud.com/t/solved-internal-server-error-memcache-not-configured/38255/21 thinking that this would resolve my problem. I shouldn’t have do that.

So I resolved my issue removing this code from config.php file:

‘htaccess.RewriteBase’ => ‘/’,
‘memcache.local’ => ‘\OC\Memcache\APCu’,
‘memcache.locking’ => ‘\OC\Memcache\Redis’,
‘redis’ => array(
‘host’ => ‘localhost’,
‘port’ => 6379,
),

After refreshing my webdav Nextcloud page, I found again the user login of Nextcloud. On this page, it was proposed to update my Nextcloud version, and I accepted it.
The update goes on and after a few minutes, the view of my Nextcloud dashboard cames up.

All is working fine!

Finally that was config.php file that wasn’t correct, but on some other parameters than the login.
