When trying to access folders like “Documents” I got an endless spinner. Got this only at my working PC which is behind a Proxy. Tested several settings within the config.php but nothing will help.
Server: Ubuntu 16.04

You can try the demo setups, if there is this problem as well:
then perhaps your proxy is filtering something, the browser console should help you to identify the missing resource. Add- or script blocker could also block required files.
For everything else, browser logs, nextcloud/webserver logs are needed to analyse the problem.
