Summary of the issues you are facing:
I had troubles with e2e encryption in the past. might have been 33.x 4.x or windows/fedora interoperablilty. I want to give it another try but don’t want to loose access to the encrypted files. With the latest client versions is e2e recommended in a mixed OS environment?
