E-Mail Alerts Option Missing?

The description says “Uploaded and infected files will be deleted and a notification will be shown and/or sent via email”

I can’t find any option to send a notification via e-mail. Is there a way to send administrators or a certain group an email when a virus upload is blocked?

I am also missing an option to notify the user that actually tried to upload the virus. Most likely they didn’t even know they tried to upload a virus.
