Dup icons in desktop client on ubuntu 22.04

I’m running the desktop client v3.14.3 installed via apt-get using the nextcloud devs PPA packages on an up-to-date Ubuntu 22.04 LTS 64-bit desktop. I’m seeing some visual artifacts in the pop-up window: duplicate icons and some nearly invisible text. I don’t see these same issues on another computer running the desktop client from the same PPA, but that computer runs Ubuntu 24.04. Here are the artifacts:

I’d try the appimage or flatpak, but I really enjoy the Nautilus extension so I can see file sync status right in the GNOME Files file manager.

As of 3.15.2, the dup “3 dots” menu and dup icons have been fixed. The search bar text is still filled with nearly invisible text, and now all menu items are invisible except the one I’m hovering over:
