Users get a “You don’t have permission to upload or create files here” when trying to upload by dragging and dropping. Upload works ok when clicking the + icon and using the file dialog.
Occurs with most current versions of Chrome and Firefox.
No Javascript errors are logged to the browser dev console.

Thank you for the workaround with the + icon, I didn’t guess it.
There is a bug fix available:

To make it work you have to log out and log in again.
