Download and Enable pico 1.0.15 on nextcloud 19 - stays forever

Hi all, did you had any behaviour similar to this ?
Tried to install pico cms on nextcloud 19.0.10.1 and is stays forever after clicking download and enable. The nextcloud log shows this:

“app”:“cms_pico”,“method”:“POST”,“url”:"/settings/apps/enable",“message”:“Syncing Pico CMS app data folder \u2026”

And then is stays on:
“app”:“no app in context”,“method”:“POST”,“url”:"/settings/apps/enable",“message”:“Deprecated event type for \OC\Repair::info: Symfony\Component\EventDispatcher\GenericEvent”,“userAgent”:“Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/89.0.4389.114 Safari/537.36”,“version”:“19.0.10.1”}

Anyone with something similar on nextcloud 19.0.10.1 ?
Thank you for your attention
Nuno

This is related to nextcloud upgrade. After upgrade CPU Load on postgres is constantly high taking all resources and nextcloud stays quite slow. After several tunings (redis, etc) I checked what is going on, on postgres, turning debug mode on. Several and intensive sql queries on postgres related with oc_filecache are constantly running. So after upgrading nextcloud to 19, it should finish those tasks or jobs…until then load on postgress is quite high and the instance is very slow.
No errors whatsoever and green check on nextcloud overview. After that will install pico 1.0.15.
If anyone has this experience here is what I verified.
best regards
