Does the iOS app have the ability to open and edit docs with only office integration?

Using NC 23, iOS app tries to open doc and I can see the OnlyOffice banner and spreadsheet format but then an error mssg pops up: An error has occured while opening the fileā€¦

I have searched a bit but Iā€™m not finding info on the app and editing files.

You must use the onlyoffive mobile apps.
Also, OnlyOffice disabled mobile editing unless you pay for a license.
