New web install gives a distorted login screen. But I don’t think its a nextcloud issue and owncloud gives a similar distortion. I guess it’s a PHP issue - any ideas please

If you check the developer tools, you’ll probably see that a few resources fail to load. If you can identify then and check on your server why they fail to load (preference: webserver logfiles).
