Disable the trash and the different versions for files

Good evening,
I would like to know how it is possible to disable the trash, and also the different versions for the same file. It takes up space for nothing on my hosting, I have already freed 20 Gb!

Hi @neccloud

Have you tried to disable / remove the “Versions” and the “Deleted files” apps? That should do the trick…

Thank you! I supposed that I should edit manually some configuration files ^^

The apps are configurable. You can use the following parameters in config.php to set when files in the trash bin or file versions should be deleted…

However, if you do not want to use this functionality at all, the easiest way is to just disable the apps.
