Different rights for share in subfolders and preserve the folder tree

What is the best way to do this:

Many Main Folder, with Subfolders and Subsubfolders (e.g. CompanyName/Invoices/2022, CompanyName/Invoices/2021…)
And now i want a Person to only give the share for special subsubfolders, like 2022, and not 2021. BUT when i share it, then he has the folder in his root dir, but i want to preserve the folder tree, so he can see CompanyName/Invoices/2022 in his nextcloud file tree…

Afaik it is impossible to preserve the folder tree when sharing files. You can only define a folder in which shared content should be linked in by setting the ‘share_folder’ parameter in your Nextcloud configuration file.
