DICOM viewer, mm instead of pixels

Hi, first of all I want to congratulate for the dicom viewer plugin. It’s amazing.

My question is how can I display the length in millimeters? In the documentation images the length is in millimeters, however when testing on my server it is displayed as “pixels” instead of “millimeters”.
