Am I wrong, but the screenshot already shows the details view. What are you missing if the above tabs are shown?

Did you open it from the Files app? If so, I’d say that’s normal (for whatever reason)

No. Is it required for the details tab?
yes.
EXIF seems to be parsed correctly, cause I can see the location with “Locations” and I can see the Pictures on the Map
Photos App 
It is required to get the exif data in a metadata tab in the details view.

R U sure? on other instances, I’ll get these data without having the app installed (camera model, exposure, etc) … but I’ll test.
