Desktop Client and SAML SSO

Hello,

is there a way to use the Desktop Client with NC + the SAML/SSO integration?

I can log in with the browser using the direct login address (index.php/login?direct=1) to skip SAML, but the desktop client doesn’t like the direct address and shows me an unknown can’t connect error.

Is there any trick to fix this?

I’m using the latest stable versions of everything (NC 25.0.2, SAML/SSO-App 5.1.1 & Desktop client 3.6.4).

If you have authenticated session running in your default browser, desktop client should not request credentials but just present a “grant access” button… if not review your browser settings…
