Desktop app 3.4 doesn’t sync

Desktop client 3.10 – Stop downgrading


I’m a help desk technician at the University of the Basque Country. I’ve got problems because the desktop app 3.4 doesn’t sync and when I install the desktop app 3.10.0 it sync well but after a while is downgraded to 3.4.

I wonder if there is a way to stop downgrading?

you provided far not enough information to provide a good suggestion. Definitely there is no “integrated downgrade”. As you tagged windows and report your desktop client automatically downgrades to 3.4 - look at you management tools like GPO or SCCM which might install the lower client version.
