deploy context chat

I want to install nextcloud and set up context_chat and use it to get local ollama service.
Has anyone done this on Ubuntu 24?
What are the requirements?
Is it necessary to have the context chat backend python set up or is it enough to just deploy the context chat backend from the APPS section?

I read the nextcloud documentation and I don’t understand anything
Is it explained badly or am I not understanding it?
