The issue you are facing:
I can’t delete files and folders below the first level of my Group Folder.
In the webUi I don’t have the the option in the right click/3-dot-menu. The Android client says: “I don’t have the permission to delete”

Any idea how to fix that?

try [incognito mode] on your system - if it still doesn’t work provide more details
incognito does not fix it.
it also seems not to be a general issue: I have another group folder in my isntance and there this is not a issue.
All the files where synced by rclone some time ago. But i guess this should not by an issue as this was a simple DAV sync and the other groupfolder does not have this problem
the fix was die create a new shared folder, move the files into that AND make a occ scan:files --path /username/files/groupnamefolder
