I couldn’t find my problem listed amongst the existing threads, but I’m sorry if this question was already raised before.
I have downloaded the desktop app onto my Mac, have entered the server name, my username and password and the authentication code. So far so good, but then the app seems to be unable to connect to the server. It keeps saying “redirecting”, even if I let it do its thing for an hour. Does anybody know this problem and more importantly: any suggestions on how to resolve it?
