Default sharing of all folders and files in a group

I want to use NextCloud as a group-disk, where everyone inside a group shares all documents and folders. 99% would be just read/download, but sometimes members will upload files as well.

Is there a way to do this by default?

I noticed that an entry in os-folder/shared folder for each folder and I can probably create a program that creates entry for all files/folders for that single group. But I don’t want to do this if there is an easier way to do it.

If I go into a user and group, select Share with group, I mostly get the function I want. But I want this to be by default from start.

The group folder app only allows this for pre-defined folders, so I can’t do that either. Users must be able to create new folders locally and that file/folder should also be shared with this group.
