Default app as a per user setting

Hi,

Could be a nice feature to do this on a “per user” basis. Each user could then choose the page/app he wants to show just after login-in.

    ‘defaultapp’ => ‘files’,

But really not important, and only a little feature… for the 20th nextcloud version :sparkles:
