Hello, I have the files and keys from my previous installation of nextcloud. I did a clean installation but the old files are encrypted, although I have the keys I don’t know how exactly to transfer them to the new installation, could you help me? thank you

If you only have files there is no way to decrypt them. One need both files and database to get access to encrypted NC files.
doesn’t look like DB folder. you can look inside config.php and find out where your DB is supposed yo be

You don’t strictly need the database to decrypt the files. You can use the recovery tools to decrypt the files and then upload the decrypted files to your new Nextcloud installation. https://github.com/nextcloud/encryption-recovery-tools
