Deck:transfer-ownership does not work in OCCWeb

I tried to change the ownership of a deck by running deck transfer-ownership in the OCCWeb-app:

deck:transfer-ownership <UserOld> <UserNew> <Id of the deck>

The Id was fetched from the deck’s URL in the browser. But the command does not have any effect. There is not output on the console, even not with verbose-option. What do I do wrong?

I believe that command is interactive. I’m not sure how OccWeb handles that.
