Deactive Contats App -> Not conflicting with Carddav funcionality?

Hey,

as the contacts app handles groups different from other tools, Iā€™d like to deactivate it completely.

I just want to be assured that the syncing functionality via CardDAV is separated from the app and will continue to work normally.

The Contacts app is a CardDAV client only, which allows you to access data stored in the databaseā€¦ The CardDAV server function is included in the Nextcloud core package.
