Data location & backup location

Hello, I have the following installed app on my Nextcloud set up:

I was wondering, where is stored each data for each application? (data folder / database / both)

Also, when updating Nextcloud via the web updater a backup is created.
Where is stored this backup? (data folder / system tmp folder / other… )
