Is there a possibility to add custom files / file types to the template folder, from wich new documents in data folders can be created? Example:
- Template directory with new file template for LaTeX file.
- Data folder, press (+) button to create a new LaTeX file from the template, created in the first step?

For your second question, I’m not sure about template support for the text editor…and if you can have a editor optimized for LaTex syntax.
