Credentials after starting raspberry pi

Hello,

I am new to Raspberry pies and Nextcloudpi.

I installed Raspberry Pi OS Lite and after that Nextcloudpi with SSH activated. I can login in the web interface from my PC and ssh into the raspberry pi from my PC with a user name, but I cannot login into the Raspberry itself. I get:

nextcloudpi login: _

I tried putting the same credentials as work to login in with the web interface;

I tried “pi” and “raspberry”;

I tried “ncp” and the long password;

I tried “ncp” and the password I choose via the web interface.

Is there an overview somewhere of which user names and passwords can be set where en can be used where?

I understand that it is for safety that when starting the raspberry pi it asks for nextcloupi credentials, but where is documented something about this way of logging into the raspberry pi. Do you then get the command line prompt so that I can turn off the raspberry pi for example.. But first I would like to login to the raspberry pi and not only with ssh.

Thank you very much!

If you can login via ssh into the raspberry pi from your PC, you shall be able to do the same using keyboard and monitor for local login with the same password and username you use for the ssh login.

If not, you maybe have different different keyboard layouts on PC and Pi. For example querty on Pi and qwertz on PC.

Thank you for your clear answer! So ssh into the raspberry pi are the same credentials as nextcloudpi login and password. I attached another keyboard (also AZERTY) and I AM IN!!!
