Creating BigBlueButton Meetings Directly from the Nextcloud Calendar?

Hello dear Nextcloud community,

I have a Nextcloud Storage Box by Hetzner running version 31.0.8 and a BigBlueButton server via https://bbbserver.de/
Using the app “BigBlueButton Integration” (version 2.8.0), I successfully managed to connect both, and everything works quite well so far.

Now I’m ideally looking for a solution to create a calendar sync between the Nextcloud calendar and BigBlueButton, but I haven’t found any helpful information—neither here in the forum nor elsewhere. Is there a way to create a BigBlueButton meeting directly from the Nextcloud calendar, or can I only create a room through the integration and then manually insert the room URL into a Nextcloud calendar event afterward?

In terms of usability, it would of course be nice to handle everything within one “tool” instead of having to manage it in two separate places.

I hope my request is understandable. I’m looking forward to your input and possibly an explanation if it’s not possible, so I can better understand the connections and learn something new.

last supported release was NC v31 BigBlueButton Integration - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud

be patient… there’s bound to be someone here using that. may i suggest posting your issue on the developers site or contacting Hetzner support?

this is rather specific and chances are, no one is using that specific configuration.
