In the new NextCloud Mail as part of the groupware in version 18 I noticed that if I replied to an email that the Send button was enabled. But if I created a new email message it was not enabled. Is this intentional? Anyway to change that so I can send out new email messages?

I also stumbled across it. Maybe that will help you. If you enter the recipient when creating a new email, a + appears. Press the + and the address is in a text box.
