Creating a post (French : que signifie en attente sur le profil)

Hi. I’ve created a post put in my profil the post is “En attente” (waiting ??).

What does it means ?

What is the process when someone create a post ? Is it checked before being available on the forum ?

For new users, we added a manual review in order to avoid spam. The automatic anti-spam measures were not efficient enough and we often ended up with a lot of spam posts. We try to review topics quickly.
