For days, the app on my smartphone hasn’t been syncing files. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now when I try to log in, the app crashes.

Your screenshot appears cutoff so I can’t be certain but this looks like a matter that can come up in <=v31 when overwriteprotocol is misconfigured on the server.
