"Could not fetch collectives Internal Server Error"

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 26.0.3
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Linux 5.15.0-67-generic x86_64
PHP version (eg, 7.4): 8.1.20

The issue you are facing:
When I go to Collectives I get the error: Could not fetch collectives
Internal Server Error

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? Yes

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Install Collectives
  2. Go to Collectives
  3. Error occurs

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

OCA\Collectives\Service\MissingDependencyException: Could not resolve OCA\Circles\CirclesManager! Class "OCA\Circles\CirclesManager" does not exist

Followup: I have enabled Circles and it is running.

Rebooting the server fixed it.
