Could not create folder "New folder" - permission?

Hi

I’m using Ubuntu 22 with a new fresh installation of NextCloud (October 2022) using Snap. I have installed a new harddrive and try to use external drive, as you can see on the images.

But I think NextCloud does not have permission to write on this folder.
