Could I safely remove the folder “nextcloud.old”?

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 23.0.0
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Raspberry Pi OS
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): I don't know
PHP version (eg, 7.4): I don't know

Hello, I have found that I have the following folders inside my nextcloud drive:

drwxrwx---+ 5 www-data root 4096 Dec 10 01:28 nextcloud
drwxrwx---+ 4 www-data root 4096 Aug 31 22:27 nextcloud.old

I really don’t know if “nextcloud.old” is created by me at some point and I can delete it or if it is a copy that nextcloud has made for some reason.

Could I safely remove the folder “nextcloud.old”?

Hi @carlos, do you use nextcloudpi?
If yes, maybe it is nextcloudpi which have created this folder. Maybe move this folder into another folder and see if something is broken. If not you can delete it ( it is recommended to make backups of your server if you don’t want lose information due to an error on your server)

Thanks, I use docker on a raspi, I’ll move the folder and see if I can delete it.
