Could I have two seperate PicoCMS blogs?

I am not sure how the Pico integration is supposed to work.
I thought Pico was supposed to work with a flat file database. But, apparently, it is supposed to pull from NextCloud’s relational database?

So, I guess, a nextclould Pico blog URL would look like:

domain-name.com/blog

Could I have:

domain-name.com/blog01
domain-name.com/blog02

?
