Context menu in Dolphin (KDE/Plasma6)

Hi all,
after upgrading to KDE/Plasma6 and wayland, the nexcloud context menu in dolphin vanished:

With Xorg and Plasma5, I could create URLs to access files and directories or open the corresponding path in a web browser by clicking the right mouse button and select the menu option “nextcloud” → …

Is/was it a mistake on my side, or was the menu removed for Plasma6 / QT6?

Kind regards,
Peer

Seems that the current 3.12.x releases of the client do not yet support KF6.

See here and here.

Ah, thanks :+1:

Yes, the build of nextcloud-client-git crashes, but it is great, that it is work in progress

It looks like this is still not working, even with version 3.13.2. Anyone else also facing the problem?

Same for me, have version 3.13.2 installed in plasma 6.1.1 and still have no overlay icons nor context menus

Same here, not working with KDE on Fedora Kinoite

They’ve sorted it with a new package for Fedora (not yet in official repo).

You then need to check if you distro is packaging with Qt6. If they’re still using Qt5 then it’s not gonna work: [Bug]: Plasma 6/KF6 Dolphin Shell Extension overlay icons not rendering · Issue #6577 · nextcloud/desktop · GitHub
