Contacts Customization - Linking Contacts with other plugins

Hello guys :vulcan_salute:

Is there possibility to link contact with a note or other document plugin?
For example, I know I can create a note in the contact attributes but we need to put more info in each contact and also more organized.

Or is some way to add more dan one note per contact ?
