Contacts 4.0 broken, no info displayed

After updating to Contacts 4.0 the page no longer shows any content (empty page).
I have tested this in NC 21 and now NC 22.

After deleting the Contacts app and then installed it again syncing to my phone also stopped working :frowning: .

My nextcloud installation runs on a gentoo machine using apache and php 7.4
