Constant false notifications

Since updating to 18.0.4 I have this problem of false notifications. In the top bar to the right there is a bell icon, and it has a small red dot. But when I click on it, it says “No notifications” and the red dot is gone. Then when I go to a different page or reload the same page, the red dot is there again. Happens both for a normal user and admin.

It is quite annoying. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

Nobody else seeing false notifications?

Even after updating to 18.0.6 there are constant false notifications.
I’m the only one having this?
Any ideas what could be done?

I too see the false notifications. This is a pretty old thread and I don’t see any response from the maintainers.

Running v21.0.1
