Constant email notifications after domain user is deleted

Hello, help me, how do I get rid of annoying notifications to my email?
Notifications of the following nature:

“Hello, Prokop!
The following events occurred on the server:
Today, 10:55 a.m.
The administrator added user 26696FE5-EAAB-4CB8-9AC7-80005023A24B to the Domain Users group”

Next comes:
“The administrator has deleted user 26696FE5-EAAB-4CB8-9AC7-80005023A24B from the Domain Users group”

and so on in a circle.
